Jess
played club soccer for USL while growing up in Sterling
Heights, Michigan. She attended Utica High School and
graduated in 1997 also ran track and played soccer for the
Chieftains. A four-year captain for her high school soccer
team and currently hold a record for most goals in a career
(68), and also in track for the 200m and 400m relay. In
1997 attended the University of Detroit Mercy on a soccer
scholarship and worked as the team Grad-Assistant for one
year. In 2002, graduated with an Elementary Education
degree from UDM and has also earned a Master’s degree in
Education from Wayne State University.
Started
coaching in 1999 for the Grosse Pointe Breakers worked with
girls ages U9-U14 for five years. In 2004, started working
at Bloomfield Force Soccer where she coached U9-U12 girls.
Jess currently holds USSF “D” License.
