Zach grew up in Lake Orion and has been playing soccer for over twenty four years.  Played on top premier level teams during his youth and traveled to Europe on multiple occasions for international tournaments.  Upon graduation, he was offered to play for Allegheny College, a NCAA Division III college, in Meadville, PA.  He began coaching with the Clarkston Select Soccer Club (CSSC) and joined BUFC in 2007.
